A 15 year old teenager died after being attacked by two dogs while he walked his dog in the Estación Flores neighborhood of Córdoba. The owner of the animals was charged with manslaughter. Her dogs bit the girl’s face and neck and didn’t jump her. When she was finally released, with the help of the neighbors, the dogs broke into another house and a man stabbed them to death.
The alleged owner of the animals was charged with culpable homicide and injuries, according to the Cordovan Public Prosecutor’s Office.
This brutal attack happened on Sunday at noon when Trinidad was walking down the street with her dog and was attacked by the two bulldogs who came out of a house and began to bite her.
Despite the adolescent’s repeated cries of despair, the animals they bit the face and neck. After a while, the residents of the place managed to get the dogs to release her and in that context a man was also injured.
Although the situation seemed to be under control, from one moment to the next the bulldogs ran to the house of a neighbor who, to defend his family, he took out a blade and stabbed them to death.
The pain of Trinidad’s aunt
The minor attacked by the Argentine Dogo breed dogs was taken to the Emergency Hospital, where she was operated on, although her death was later confirmed. The doctors who attended her indicated that Trinidad suffered injuries to his face, head and neck and that his arteries were perforated.
“He arrived at the hospital after having suffered two cardiorespiratory arrests“, said his aunt in tears of helplessness and pain. “It makes me angry, these people had a complaint because the dogs came out, attacked and did nothing. This had to happen and the one who lost was me“, said.
“She had a lot of light, she gave love to many people. Everyone loved her. I no longer have her with me, it hurts my soul. I can’t do anything to give it to me again,” she said while telling that her niece loved animals and used to rescue dogs to find homes for them.
Despite the fact that she underwent emergency surgery this Monday morning, it was confirmed that she died as a result of the injuries.
Neighbors pointed to a couple as the owner of the dogs and pointed out that they were on vacation and that they were now in the care of their daughter.
In any case, they stated that they had already had between six and seven incidents of similar characteristics with the bulldogs and “nobody did anything”.
After the death of Trinidad, barely 15 years old, the Justice did now charge the owners for manslaughter and manslaughter.
