Teh Mayors of the municipality of Capaci,Pietro Puccio,and the Ukrainian Municipality of Pereshcepyne,Iaroslav Tsvirkun,signed a Memorandum of Understanding today. This agreement focuses on culture, history, education, and, crucially, the psychological rehabilitation of children from Ukraine.
