As everyone knows, WWE Raw’s current contract with USA Network runs until the end of this year, so TKO management has been carefully considering potential options for the future of the red brand.
Today it was revealed that WWE has found a new home for Raw, and it’s not on television. Raw will officially move to the Netflix streaming service in January 2025. Residents of the US, Canada, UK and Latin America will be able to watch the weekly via Netflix. The press release doesn’t say anything regarding release dates for episodes starting in 2025.
According to Sports Business Journal, the deal is for 10 years, during which Netflix will pay WWE $5 billion. In addition to Raw, residents outside the US will have access to SmackDown, NXT and even large-scale PLEs like WrestleMania, SummerSlam and Royal Rumble on this streaming service.
