Neither “The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power” nor the agent spectacle “Citadel” – two ambitious and record-breakingly expensive projects – have so far had the desired effect. But Prime has some excellent shows, including Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan. It was the fourth and final season.
