Acoustics expert Patrick Hanlon has programmed haptic vests intended to enable deaf or hard-of-hearing viewers to enjoy a concert.

During a recent classical concert at Lincoln Center in Manhattan, attendees had the opportunity to wear wireless touchscreen jackets that reproduced music performed on stage.
