The Jada Fund Company, affiliated to the Saudi Public Investment Fund, announced its commitment to invest in the ALIPH CAPITAL fund for companies in the Arab Gulf countries.

The Aliph Fund I seeks to raise $250 million and was founded two years ago by Huda Al Lawati.

The Jada Fund Company stated last June that it had committed to invest in the Investcorp Saudi Growth Fund prior to its initial public offering, with a target value of $500 million.

The Investcorp Saudi Growth Fund was set up last year, and completed a $100 million round of financing ahead of the IPO of TruKKer, the largest digital shipping network in the Middle East and North Africa region.
