Dallas Stars forward Jamie Benn has been suspended for two games by the NHL.
Benn and Vegas Golden Knights forward Mark Stone, both captains, collided near the blue line early in Game 3 on Tuesday night.
Stone went down and Benn cross-checked him hard, hitting him near the neck. Benn was ejected 1:53 following the initial faceoff.
The Golden Knights easily won the game by a score of 4-0 to take control of the series 3-0.
