American actor Jamie Foxx accused of sexual assault for an event which allegedly took place in 2015 in New York, according to documents consulted by CNN.
Rolling Stone magazine reports that the plaintiff crossed paths with Foxx in August 2015 at the Catch NYC restaurant. Around 1 a.m., she reportedly asked the actor if she could take a photo with him.
When taking the photos, he allegedly pulled her towards him, and told her that she “had the body of a model.”
The plaintiff alleges that Foxx pulled her by the arm and took her to a more secluded area, where he began rubbing her breasts under her petticoat and that when she tried to walk away, he slipped his hands into his pants and put his fingers on his private parts.
The woman claims she “suffered and continues to suffer severe emotional distress and anxiety, humiliation, embarrassment, post-traumatic stress and other physical and emotional harm” and is seeking damages -interests.
