Tennis world number one Jannik Sinner has been found not guilty by an independent court after two positive doping tests. The Italian was tested twice for the banned substance Klosterbol in March. The court found that Sinner’s physical therapist had contaminated the substance. As of Monday, the results of the doping test had not been released.
