After a serious accident at the MIRROR concert, the rest of the concert was suspended, and the 12 members immediately stopped work. SUMMER SONIC announces news on social platforms in Japanese and English. The Japanese sign stated that MIRROR was resigning due to “unpredictable circumstances”, while the English version only mentioned “unable to take part”, and apologized to fans, and hoped that MIRROR could participate in the future. The convention originally arranged for MIRROR to perform on the morning of August 20, but now the convention program schedule has added the word “cancel” to the relevant time slot.
This was originally MIRROR’s first time to participate in a large-scale overseas music festival. Earlier, a travel agency even organized a tour group with tickets for the music festival. The group fee starts from 20,000 mosquitoes.
