NBA – Winner of Chicago, Cleveland chained a sixth consecutive victory with, once again, a very good Jarrett Allen, author of 23 points and 10 rebounds.
If Donovan Mitchell and Darius Garland woke up, the Cavaliers’ current strongman is none other than Jarrett Allen. The former Brooklyn pivot compiled 23 points and 10 rebounds to allow his team to win. A performance far from being isolated since it is the fourth game in a row with at least 20 points for Jarrett Allen.
“He plays with raw desire and strength” thus describes JB Bickerstaff to the Akron Beacon-Journal. “He attacks the basket with ferocity, the opponents don’t even want to come between him and the circle. His teammates are doing a great job of finding him, but he plays with real aggression and I think that has helped him. It’s that spark of the second, third or fourth effort he uses that makes the difference.”.
More aggressive in attack

. “I can’t remember which game, but I started doing different moves that I don’t usually do, and everyone kept cheering me on. So why not continue this momentum? It worked well for me”.
Clearly more aggressive in attack, where he does not hesitate to take his low post position and multiply the cuts to offer solutions to his teammates, Jarrett Allen helps his comrades a lot.
“When he’s on the pitch, doing euro steps and being efficient like that, you try to find a way to give him the ball every time” Donovan Mitchell said. “It makes it difficult for opponents because if you take the ball out of my hands or Darius’ hands, you have to face Jarrett… and then you have to face Evan (Mobley) as well who cuts on the weak side.
