On Saturday after riding and winning the rose race, Castellano went with his family to a famous restaurant specializing in steaks named Jeff Ruby Steakhouse located in Louisville, whose owner Jeff Ruby sponsored Castellano with an advertisement on his riding pants.

Jeff Ruby is an enthusiastic horse racing fan and his fortune is such that he sponsors a race with his name that is included in the qualifying route to the Derby held at the Turfway Park Racecourse, won this year by Two Phil’s, second to a length from Mage in the Derby. To advertise it and with a play on words, instead of being called the Jeff Ruby Stakes, the event is known as Jeff Ruby Steaks, which means steak in English.
