The Jeddah Book Fair has started in Saudi Arabia. More than 900 local, Arab and international publishing houses are participating in the Book Festival this year. Various cultural and educational programs will be held in connection with the fair. The fair is held at the Super Dome on Madinah Road in Jeddah.

The fair also features more than 400 titles by self-published authors, pavilions for audio books, a digital library, reading sessions and areas, and cafes that bring book lovers together. More than 100 comprehensive and diverse cultural and educational programs will be held in connection with the fair.

The fair also has special areas for dialogue sessions, poetry evenings, story tellers corner, games area, workshops of local and international authors and writers. Authority CEO Dr. said that the Jeddah Book Fair will be a literary center that will enrich Saudi’s cultural scene. Muhammad Hassan Alawan said. The fair will continue till December 17.
