Al-Marsad newspaper: A spokesman for the Jeddah Municipality, Muhammad Al-Baqami, revealed that the Slum Removal Committee is looking into the study of removing the house of the late artist Talal Maddah and a number of other houses to determine their fate.
During an interview with Al-Ekhbariya channel, he said that the Slum Removal Committee is looking into all the sites for which applications have been submitted.
He continued, “Some sites will be studied for removal, and after completion, it will be decided whether these houses will be removed or kept, including the house of the late artist Talal Maddah.”
