On April 9, the Jiashan Station of Zhejiang Province’s aid to Shanghai for epidemic prevention and living supplies was officially completed, and several on-site drills have been organized. Jiashan Station of Zhejiang Province Aid to Shanghai for Epidemic Prevention and Living Materials, also known as the connection point of the Jiashan Service Area of Shenjiahu Expressway, was transformed from the Jiashan Service Area of Shenjiahu Expressway under the jurisdiction of Jiatong Group, with a total area of 87,334 square meters, of which the southern area (towards Shanghai) is 48,667 square meters Meters, the north area (Huzhou direction) 38667 square meters, the Jiatong Group is responsible for the reconstruction and construction, which can accommodate 135 trucks at the same time.
There are two transit connections in Zhejiang Province to support the supply of living and production materials in Shanghai, all of which are located in Jiaxing, and the connection point in the Jiashan service area is one of them.
The connection points in the Jiashan service area are constructed according to the requirements of epidemic prevention, and the closed-loop management of “one-on-two-field-three-area” is implemented. A pair refers to a pair of service areas, including the south area (Shanghai direction) and the north area (Huzhou direction); the second area refers to two separate areas, the full parking area and the empty parking area; the third area refers to external delivery There are three separate areas: the driver’s rest area, the Shanghai shuttle driver’s rest area and the transfer station staff rest area. The activities of the three areas do not overlap and are fully closed-loop management. At the same time, the site is equipped with functions such as power supply and water supply, nucleic acid testing, vehicle maintenance, fueling services, personnel rest and rest, temporary isolation of positive personnel and other service functions and material reserves.
As of April 8, a total of 1,300 meters of isolation nets have been installed in the reconstruction and construction of connection points in the Jiashan service area, 17 containers, 20 mobile toilets, and 25 walkie-talkies have been installed; 50 bunk beds, 132 mattresses, quilts and toiletries have been purchased. 230 copies; 102 pieces of identification signs have been updated, 100 warning caps have been placed, and 72 parking space numbers have been painted. Hard isolation is achieved between areas.
At the same time, the connection point of Jiashan service area has formed an on-site operation group, which consists of 10 special working groups including construction facilities group, dispatch order group, and comprehensive coordination group. The Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Municipal Transportation Bureau, Jiatong Group, Jiashan The county government, the municipal public security bureau, and the municipal health and health committee have discussed the vehicle handover process, on-site operation, epidemic prevention and control, etc. for many times, and completed the preparation of the operation management manual and the driver notification letter. At present, Jiatong Group has dispatched more than 60 on-site operators, the traffic law enforcement team has dispatched an on-site operation supervision team, and the Jiashan County Government has dispatched 150 volunteers. All operators and volunteers are on standby 24 hours a day, waiting for the connection point to be officially opened.
