Attached to the Business Department, within the BtoB Ticketing service, you will occupy a rich position combining the management of the CSE division and commercial development both in prospecting for new customers and in retaining and developing your existing portfolio.
Your main goals? As a true leader, you will support the CSE division in the marketing of various ticketing products (OL and other events) to social and economic committees, groups, sports clubs.
As a manager, you will manage the team, monitor the activity and development of the performance of the division and lead the commercial strategy in conjunction with your management.
Commercial at heart, you will prospect new customers both via the networks and in the field and you will establish profitable and lasting relationships with your existing customers.
File qualification is child’s play and CRM tools hold no secrets for you!
This very comprehensive position will require you to apply both your commercial skills and your managerial qualities.
Justifying a at least 5 years commercial experience in the field of CSE/Groups and Communitiesyou know how to manage a team, and you master prospecting and customer relations as well as the tools for managing commercial activities.
