Tennis Compagnie is recruiting a permanent store manager for its store in Sceaux.
Mission
With a minimum of Bac +2 training and endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, customer satisfaction oriented and having a real desire to manage and develop a team, you are recognized for your dynamism, your sense of responsibility, your rigor and your serious.
You will be versatile and brought to:
– Guarantee the good performance of the store;
– Accompany and federate the team;
– Apply the brand’s commercial policy;
– Respect and enforce internal procedures;
– Develop your product knowledge and provide quality advice;
– Guarantee an optimal customer experience from reception to collection;
– Manage and develop partner clubs;
Qualifications and prerequisites
Tennis player with a good knowledge of the equipment and knowing how to string, you justify a confirmed experience (minimum 5 years) in the sale of tennis equipment and the management of a team.
Place of work: Seals
Weekly duration: 40 hours
Remuneration according to experience, license B essential
