John Travolta, 68, honored his late “Grease” co-star, Olivia Newton-John, by teaming up with “Scrubs” actors Zach Braff, and Donald Faison, to sing the iconic song from the movie “Summer Nights for a T-mobile Super Bowl ad.
In the commercial, Travolta wears a Danny Zuko-esque outfit; a white t-shirt and a black jacket. The trio tout T-Mobile’s service while using altered lyrics from the hit song and dance moves from the 1978 film.
Travolta co-star Olivia Newton-John died in August 2022 after a battle with breast cancer.
“My dear Olivia, you have made our lives better. Your influence has been incredible. I love you so much”, reacted the actor of “Pulp Fiction” in a publication made on his Instagram account.
