Johnny Depp trial: “It’s up to me to do it”, the mind-blowing routine that Amber Heard imposed on the actor

This April 19, Johnny Depp spoke for the first time at the bar of the court in Fairfax, Washington. Childhood tinged with maternal violence, drug abuse, banishment to Hollywood… the 58-year-old actor has avoided any subject in the explosive trial between him and Amber Heard. He revealed an anecdote that seems to say a lot about the toxic relationship he had with the actress.

“She became a different person”

“I worked a lot, and when I came home from work, I came home, she sat me down, handed me a glass of wine and took off my boots and put them aside. I had never seen that of my life, but it became regular, like a kind of routine”said Johnny Depp. “One night, I come home and she’s on the phone. I take off my boots, and all of a sudden, Miss Heard approaches me with this flame in her eyes: ‘What are you just done? But what did you just do? (…) You took off your boots.’ I replied that she was busy. ‘No, no, no, it’s my job. You don’t do that, I do that.'”he recalled.

“I paused for a moment that it had obviously shaken or upset her that I was breaking her rules and her routine”he added. “Once you start noticing that, other little things come to the surface. Then, within a year and a half, it’s like she’s become a whole different person.”he concluded.

Today, Amber Heard is claiming $100 million in damages from the plagued actor.
