A field hospital has crossed the Rafah border into Gaza for the first time since the occupation forces began fighting in Gaza on October 7. The occupation forces, which completely destroyed Al-Sifa, the largest hospital in Gaza, have also started an attack on the Indonesian hospital. It is in this situation that Jordan comes to the rescue with a 41-bed field hospital. The hospital will be established in the southern city of Khan Yunis in Gaza, said the director general of the hospital department, Mohammad Sakhoot.
The decision to establish a hospital in Khan Younis and to continue providing medical aid to the Palestinians was made at the behest of King Abdullah II, the Supreme Commander of the Jordanian Armed Forces. Jordanian Crown Prince Al Hussein arrived in Egypt to oversee the operations.
