In Mexico are very beaten and humiliated by the terrible role of the Under-20 in the Concacaf World Cup which is disputed in Honduras.

The Mexican press has been very harsh after this new failure and one of the last to appear on the scene has been Jose Ramon Fernandez.

“Mexican soccer tragedy! Black night in San Pedro Sula. The team led by Luis Pérez loses on penalties against Guatemala and is eliminated from the U-20 World Cup and the 2024 Olympics. UNREGARDABLE AND ABSOLUTE FAILURE!”, was the first message he sent on Twitter Jose Ramon Fernandez.

“It seems ridiculous that the generation of Mexican soccer players, the future, is not going to have the U-20 World Cup or Olympic Games, to start getting fired up, and they are going to be the ones to face the 2026 World Cup organized by MexicoUSA and Canada… We will be hopeless hosts at this rate…”, he concluded.
