Joshua Duerken’s great race at Monza for his second F2 podium

Asuncion, IP Agency.- The Paraguayan driver moved from 10th to 3rd position in the first race of the Monza round in Formula 2. President Santiago Peña celebrated the achievement of the young driver, who achieved his second podium of the season.

Saturday’s race was a sprint before Sunday’s main event. Duerksen started tenth and climbed up to third position to get on the podium. “Thanks to the AIX Racing team for their great work as always. Let’s repeat this tomorrow,” the driver posted on his X account.

President Santiago Peña celebrated Duerksen’s performance: “What a pride for Paraguay! Joshua Duerkesen’s talent and determination shine again on the track, making a spectacular comeback,” says part of his message. published in X.

This is the second time that the Paraguayan driver has been on the podium since he started his Formula 2 season this year. The first time was at the Imola circuit in Italy in May, and he is again third in the same country at the Monza circuit.

For this Sunday’s race, Duerksen will start from position 11 looking to have another outstanding performance.
