On the first floor of a building in the heart of Nyon, around ten employees are seated around a large table which serves as an office. Next to it, a telephone booth. A sort of work platform is displayed on a giant screen on the wall to which all 600 employees have access.

This is because in this strategy, transformation and innovation consulting company, transparency is a cardinal virtue. The company? Julhiet Sterwen (JS), from two companies which merged in 2015 in France. It has also had small branches in Belgium and Switzerland for several years. Next to the work spaces, a small kitchen where photos of club nights and newborns are displayed. Around twenty people work in Nyon, but many are with their clients or are teleworking, which is not subject to any particular restrictions at JS.
