The head of the Progressive Socialist Party, Walid Jumblatt, sent a cable of condolences to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan for the victims of the accident that occurred in a coal mine in northern Turkey.
The text of the telegram stated: “With great sadness and sorrow, I received the tragic news of the fall of innocent victims as a result of the explosion that took place in a coal mine in Amasra, Turkey, which led to the death of 41 people and the injury of many others. I send my condolences to the families of the victims and all those affected by this explosion.” Terrible, I extend my deepest condolences on behalf of the Progressive Socialist Party and on my own behalf.
