Certainly. I started as a quality Manager Junior, and the structured program at Primever really stood out. The Primever two-year program sounds intensive. Can you walk us through what the initial months entailed, specifically the training phase and how it prepared you for the challenges ahead?

Absolutely. The first month was all about mastering the fundamentals, teamwork, and digital workflow.Than, we had months dedicated to platform integration, learning the ropes of overall logistics operations. Months 7-9 were focused on developing leadership skills by managing a logistics team and later assisting the platform manager. Ultimately building on the platform betterment plan that was created through analysis.

The program outline emphasizes both operational and administrative expertise. How did you find the transition between these areas, and which aspect did you find most challenging?

The program gives a great overview of the interworking of the business.The transition between operational and administrative tasks was seamless due to the way the program is set up. The program also allows you to discover where you fit. For example, my strengths leaned towards operational tasks more than administrative ones. The program truly prepares you for various management positions.
