Justice: Martin Fayulu stands alongside Stanis Bujakera after his release

The president of the ECIDÉ party, Martin Fayulu, in a statement on social networks this Tuesday March 19, 2024, encouraged Stanis Bujakera to continue working in his profession despite the difficult times experienced recently.

For him, Bujakera is the reason that Congolese justice is sick. No matter how long his ordeal lasts, he says, the sun has finally risen.

“Stanis was unjustly deprived of his liberty and separated from his loved ones for more than six months due to unfair maneuvers in the Congolese judicial system. I am delighted that he will soon be reunited with his family and loved ones. I strongly encourage him to persevere in his innate talent of providing us with certified information, as he knows how to do so well. The truth will always triumph,” he said.

Note that Stanis Bujakera was sentenced to six months in prison in the Chérubin Okende affair. According to information collected by our editorial staff, the journalist is free for having spent more time in Makala central prison.
