Juventus wins on the wire against Frosinone in Serie A

Juventus has finally returned to success. After four matches in a row without winning (two draws, two defeats), the Old Lady moved forward this Sunday, overcoming a courageous and eye-catching team from Frosinone, 15th in Serie A at the start of sending, and who let slip the point of the draw in the last seconds of the match (3-2).

The scenario of the match was as rich as it was intense with an opening score in the 3rd minute signed by the essential Dusan Vlahovic. The latter scored his 14th goal of the season by cutting a cross from his teammate Weston McKennie. The visitors only took eleven minutes to react when Walid Cheddira headed home a Nadir Zortea cross (14th, 1-1). The Frosinone players even managed to take the advantage through Marco Brescianini (27th, 1-2).

Juventus then went through a complicated moment since it lost Adrien Rabiot who was hit on the left foot in a clash with his own teammate Geilson Bremmer and was forced to give up his place to Carlos Alcaraz (29th). But in difficult moments, Juve can count on Vlahovic, second top scorer in Serie A who tied the two teams before the break (32nd).

Vlahovic not far from the triple

The Turinese pushed to score the third goal and Vlahovic did not go far from the hat-trick (90th) but it was ultimately Daniele Rugani who offered victory to the Bianconeri at the end of added time (90th + 5, 3-2) .

Before Inter’s trip to Lecce this Sunday afternoon, Juve, who will play in Naples next weekend, are six points behind the Championship leader.
