The statement that the Azovstal plant will completely pass under the control of the armed forces of the Russian Federation today during the day was made by the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov on his Telegram channel. He posted audio message about it.
According to Kadyrov, everything is ready for the complete capture of the plant, “only time is needed.”
He called it “good news”, though not for everyone. “This is bad news for the West and Europe,” Kadyrov said. “And for all normal people who live and want to live in peace, this is very good news,” he said.
The head of Chechnya also addressed the defenders at Azovstal, suggesting that they lay down their arms and surrender in the morning. “I told you, you didn’t believe it – you should have given up earlier,” Kadyrov said.
