The Kagoshima Kinkowan Summer Night Fireworks Festival was held on the 19th, and about 15,000 fireworks colored the night sky.
Kagoshima Kinko Bay Summer Night Fireworks Festival is a summer tradition with Sakurajima in the background. In the 21st time, about 15,000 fireworks were launched, including creative fireworks inspired by the Kagoshima National Athletic Meet in October and “Star Mine” in which several fireworks are fired in succession.
A drone show commemorating the 40th anniversary of the opening of Tokyo Disney Resort was also held this time, and 700 drones flew in front of the venue for about 15 minutes, drawing characters in the night sky according to Disney songs.
Visitors enjoyed Kyushu’s largest fireworks display, which lasted for over an hour.
