London: Chelsea and Tottenham won the English Premier League. Chelsea defeated West Ham United and Tottenham defeated Fulham. Tottenham are still unbeaten in the league. Chelsea won their third league win. In another match, Brentford beat Leeds and Bournemouth beat Nottingham Forest.
Chelsea won after coming from behind against West Ham United. The first half ended goalless at Stamford Bridge. Mikel Antonio gave West Ham the lead in the 62nd minute. But then a strong comeback was seen by the Blue Army. Substitute defender Ben Chilwell netted for the Blues in the 76th minute and forward Kai Havertz in the 88th minute.
Tottenham performed well at home against Fulham. Defensive midfielder Hoiberg netted first for the Tottenham in the 40th minute. Superstar Harry Kane scored Spurs’ second goal in the 75th minute of the second half. Aleksandar Mitrovic scored Fulham’s consolation goal. With this, Kane became the third highest goalscorer in the Premier League. Kane has 188 goals. Former Manchester United player Wayne Rooney with 208 goals and English player Alan Shearer with 260 goals are ahead of Kane.
In another match, Brentford won against Leeds United. Brentford won by five goals to two. Bournemouth beat Nottingham Forest by three goals to two.
