Kochi: The court reversed the verdict on the bail plea of PR Aravindaksh and CK Jilsin in the Karuvannur Cooperative Bank fraud case. The Ernakulam Kalur PMLA Court has postponed the verdict in the bail case to 27th of this month. ED had found that CPM leader and Vadakanchery Municipal Standing Committee Chairman PR Aravindakshan had laundered black money.
Aravindakshan is the third accused in the Karuvannur Cooperative Bank fraud case. ED has produced more evidence against both of them in the court. The judgment in the bail case will be given the next day after examining these documents. ED also produced the case diary in a sealed cover before the court.
