Katahdin Bankshares Corp. announced that it had declared a cash dividend of $0.152 per share for the third quarter of 2023. In making the announcement, Jon J. Prescott, Chairman and CEO of Katahdin Trust, said this represented an increase of 10, 1% over last year’s third quarter dividend.
The dividend will be payable on September 22, 2023 to shareholders of record on September 16, 2023.
