“I’m fulfilling a childhood dream with this,” says Katrin Ebetshuber, who opened the café-restaurant “Das Ludwig” in the heart of Ried at the beginning of August. “There is a colorful and unique breakfast, a weekly changing lunch menu and in the followingnoon coffee with homemade cakes. All dishes can also be taken away,” says the 27-year-old.
