Kochi: Kavya Madhavan has been issued a notice in the case related to the attack on the actress. The notice states that he must appear before the inquiry team on Monday.
Notice to appear at Aluva Police Club. Earlier, Kavya was called in for questioning but was told that Kavya was not at the place. He was then given notice to appear on Monday.
This questioning comes in the wake of the release of some audio evidence related to the poem. The police had obtained some important information from the scientific examination of the phones of Dileep’s sister’s husband TN Suraj and others.
Police also received a phone conversation between Dileep’s friend Sarath and his sister’s husband TN Sooraj. In this conversation, things related to poetry are mentioned. According to the phone conversation, there was a dispute between Kavya and her friends and all these incidents took place to work on it. Suraj says in the conversation that Dileep had to take over this later. Evidence, including this audio recording, was presented to the court by the investigation team.
