Kochi: The interrogation of actor Dileep’s wife Kavya Madhavan, accused in the abduction and torture case of the actress, may be postponed to Wednesday. Kavya sent a message to the inquiry team informing them of the inconvenience of appearing for questioning today. The probe team was scheduled to question the Aluva Police Club today. In her message, Kavya also asked if Dileep’s Padmasarovar in Aluva might be moved to his home on Wednesday. The probe team has not taken a decision in this regard.
Meanwhile, the probe team also recorded the statement of Dileep’s ex-wife, actress Manju Warrier, to identify the voices in the audio recordings, which are new evidence in the case. It is learned that Manju Warrier has identified many of the voices in the soundtrack.
Prior to the case, the team was investigating whether there were any financial or real estate deals between the survivor, actor Dileep and actress Manju Warrier. The investigation team had received some such indications during the follow-up investigation.
