When I first came to Kashiwa Reysol, I felt the joy of competing in the top ranks of J1, the fulfillment of continuing to appear in the starting line-up, and the sense of unity of the entire team, and it was a wonderful start to the season. However, I injured my ankle before summer, and the rehabilitation period is about half a year. Still, I wanted to experience that sense of accomplishment again, so I was able to work positively. In particular, the physical coaches and trainers were with me during the off-season, and after each practice, they were very helpful.
The conditions have been very good since the start of this year, and the new team is full of strength, so I was really looking forward to it. However, I couldn’t get involved in the game, so I spent my days thinking about how I could play in the game. I think I was able to show my football while thinking and having fun even though the game time was short.
