The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex now has special viewing packages for sale for the upcoming launch of Artemis I, which is scheduled for August 29. Visitors will have the opportunity to witness the story unfold as they feel the Space Launch System (SLS) rocket blast off for its first uncrewed test flight from Launch Pad 39B.
The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex offers some of the closest public launch viewing opportunities with exclusive experiences like live commentary from space experts and access to select exhibits and attractions.
Ticket packages are sold for this mission only and not for a specific date. Packages can be booked through the site www.kennedyspacecenter.com. Packages with limited availability will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
As visitors await launch, they can get an up-close look inside Gateway: The Deep Space Launch Complex with the scale model of the SLS rocket and the Orion Exploration Flight Test-1 capsule in flight, which will play a key role in the launch mission. Artemis.
