Patna: Kerala-Bihar Ranji Trophy match tied. Kerala started the second innings with a deficit of 150 runs and finished with a draw after scoring 220 runs for the loss of four wickets. It was Sachin Baby who remained unbeaten with 109 runs that kept Kerala unbeaten. Ashutosh Aman took two wickets for Bihar. Earlier, Bihar scored 377 runs against Kerala’s first innings score of 227. As the match ended in a draw, Kerala slipped to the seventh position in Group B, below Bihar. Only Assam is behind Kerala. Kerala has three draws out of four matches. And a loss. Kerala started batting on the final day at 62 for two. Kerala lost the wickets of captain Rohan Kunnummal (37) and Anand Krishnan (12) yesterday. Akshay Krishnan was the first to return today. Although he lost the eighth wicket in 164 runs and the ninth wicket in 176 runs, Shreyas reached his century by keeping Akhin at one end in the last wicket.
