For its anniversary, Simplon listed ten priority commitments and presented them in mid-June 2023 to the secretary in charge of digital, Jean-Noël Barrot. Here they are :

1. “Give access to digital technology to everyone (employees, retrainers or people out of work;

2. Fight against the feeling of digital remoteness which concerns 1 in 3 working people in France;

3. Continue to expand our network in the territories and with companies of all sizes in France;

4. Pursue our international development in developing countries in Africa, Latin America and Asia and in developed countries in Europe and the Middle East;

5. Increase diversity in our programs (increase the proportion of women and people with disabilities);

6. Stay at the forefront of tech needs to participate in business innovation and prepare for tomorrow;

7. Promote dedicated programs with major tech companies and major IT employers (dedicated Ubisoft sessions, Metavers Academy with Meta, Société Générale IT School, etc.);

8. Offer to French companies and in all regions, even the most isolated, expert talents up to BAC+5 (real-time VR and 3D designer, data engineer);

9. Continue to offer tech training programs in large companies;

10. Offer the opportunity for professional retraining for employees who are losing their employability to provide them with new internal mobility. »
