Like the stethoscope that listens to the body, the Keynetic case reveals how machines work. Touted by its manufacturer as the Shazam of the industry, the device “learns and tracks the vibrational signature of the parts produced. Its algorithm combined with artificial intelligence enables it to count parts and analyze the status of machines in real time”, explains César Allievi, the marketing and strategic manager of Keyprod, a subsidiary of JPB Système, manufacturer of parts for the aeronautics. Synthetic rate of return (TRS), overall return (TRG), economic return (TRE), micro-stops, etc. are among the ten performance indicators measured by the device.
