(CNN) — Khloe Kardashian presented to the new member his family during the premiere of the second season of “The Kardashians”.
celebrity shared the path to the birth of his son, who came just a few months after her ex-partner Tristan Thompson was embroiled in a paternity controversy with another woman. Kardashian’s new baby, which she shares with Thompson and was carried in a surrogate, was born at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on July 28.
Her sister, Kim Kardashian, who also had two children by surrogacy, accompanied the nervous Khloe on the day of the birth and assured her that “you’re never ready, but you are.” Kim also documented the date with her own camera.
Khloe was thrilled to see her newborn son being born.
“She looks like True!” Kim yells in the video. Khloe Kardashian also shares her 4-year-old daughter True with Thompson.
Khloe then got emotional and opened up about Thompson’s infidelity and the birth of their son.
“Since December, it’s been a dark cloud hanging over me. Every day, I’ve felt down and sad. And now that my son is here, I can move on and I can enjoy myself. It’s almost like I can close that chapter and be done with this trauma and leave it behind,” he said. “Now, finally, I can start the process of healing. Now I can start enjoying my life with two children and figure this out. This will be the first day, and it will be the start of something positive, happy and beautiful,” she added.
Viewers also see Khloe as she FaceTimes the rest of her family to show them her son. For the second time, she allowed Thompson into the hospital to meet the baby.
“I was hesitant about letting Tristan come to the hospital or not, but Tristan wants to be here, so I thought, why not let him come? I’ll never get this moment back,” Khloe explained.
The two began a relationship in 2016 and they welcomed True in 2018. They broke up but got back together after Thompson was caught cheating. Last year, it was reported that she was expecting a baby with another woman named Maralee Nichols. A paternity test proved that he was the father, but he never told Khloe Kardashian about the pregnancy. She said they completed the embryo transfer for her child a few days before Thanksgiving and that she “found out about Tristan’s situation the first week of December.”
