Kim Hyun-sook revealed her thoughts on changing her child’s last name.

A single mother in her 30s raising a child alone, who appeared as a client on this day, asked about changing her last name.
Park Eun-joo explained, “After changing the script, it is difficult to go back, so choose carefully.”
Next, Kim Hyun-sook said, “After the divorce, I called the child’s last name as my last name.”
He also honestly told the child about the divorce, saying, “I didn’t cheat because I didn’t understand.”
He added, “Dad still loves you, and Mom loves you beyond words. So, when you miss (Dad), tell him unconditionally.’ I think being honest is the smart way to go.”
Kim Hyun-sook married her husband of the same age in 2014 and has a son, Ha-min, as their child. She then announced that she last reported her divorce in December 2020.
