Christchurch: New Zealand in the final of the tri-nation Twenty20 tournament by crushing Bangladesh by 48 runs.

The opponents of the Kiwis are Pakistan in the final tomorrow.

Batting first once morest Bangladesh yesterday, New Zealand scored 208 runs for five wickets. Devon Conway (64), Glenn Phillips (60), Martil Guptill (34) and Finn Allen (32) shone.

In reply, Shakib Al Hasan scored 70 runs off 44 balls for Bangladesh. With the exception of Litan Das and Soumya Sarkar, who scored 23 runs each, Bangladesh were reduced to 160 runs for seven wickets.
