The Municipal Council for the Rights of Children and Adolescents (Cmdnna) offered details of the requirements that parents and representatives must present for national and international travel permits this holiday season.

Domestic travel permit
Parents who wish to obtain travel permits within the country must present the original birth certificate together with two copies of the document, two copies of the child or adolescent’s identity card, two copies of the mother’s or father’s identity card, two of the companion, certificate of declaration of the authorizing mother or father and two passport-type photos of the child or adolescent (if they do not have an ID).
International travel permit
For those outside the country, the requirements to request travel permits to other countries are similar to national ones, except that two copies of the minor’s passport, two copies of the companion’s passport, two copies of the air ticket and certificate of declaration of the parents.

It should be noted that the permits are issued only to the ten countries authorized by the National Institute of Civil Aeronautics (Inac), the Dominican Republic, Portugal, Bolivia, Spain, Panama, Brazil, Mexico, Turkey, Russia and Cuba.
