Actor Go Ah-seong and Akmu Lee Chan-hyuk
He shared his feelings about working on music.
On the July 28th broadcast of KBS 2TV’s ‘The Seasons – Choi Jeong-hoon’s Park at Night’, Sae-boy, Ko Ah-seong, Park Won, and Oh My Girl appeared.
On this day’s broadcast, Go Ah-seong appeared as the second guest after the new boy. Go Ah-seong, who participated as a vocalist in Akmu Lee Chan-hyuk’s project called ‘Umbrella’, showed off her charming beauty with the song ‘The moment I want to stay’.
Ko Ah-seong said, “Lee Chan-hyuk made a remake album called ‘Umbrella’. He said, “I came to participate because I recruited non-professional vocalists.” Lee Chan-hyuk contacted me after watching a video of him singing “What’s So” in “Yoo Hee-yeol’s Sketchbook” three years ago.
When the video was released at the time, Go Ah-seong said, “At that time, the corona was in full swing and there were no audiences. so excited It felt like I was in a karaoke room where the accompaniment was a live band and the sound was so good with my close friends. I thought I would be nervous because the audience was coming today, but I ran out without realizing it. I think I wanted to see you from then on.”
Choi Jeong-hoon said, “I am the same age as me, and there are other acquaintances who overlap. This is Lee Dong-hwi, who appeared in the first episode of ‘The Park at Night’.” Go Ah-seong said, “Actress Lee Dong-hwi is a junior that I really cherish. He was also good at acting. He received a big award a while ago,” he said cheerfully, referring to his younger junior, Lee Dong-hwi.
When asked to say something to Lee Dong-hwi, Go Ah-seong said, “I have one goal to appear in ‘Park at Night’ this time. I want to surpass the number of views for actor Lee Dong-hwi’s ‘First impression’. I have that one ambition and I hope you will help me a lot.”
Go Ah-seong recalled the first time Lee Chan-hyeok contacted him. Go Ah-seong said, “I was really surprised. It was the first time he asked me for a specific vocal, and when I heard the album concept explained, he said, ‘I’m so tired of living in the city, so I’m going to live in Jeju Island for a month. Then he said he wanted to do it together.”
“The moment I received the offer was on my way to the Busan International Film Festival last year. Actor Im Si-wan, who I filmed with, said, ‘I was offered something like this. I boasted, ‘I’m a singer too’, and I was very serious and envious that I wanted to do it myself. so i plugged it in The song that actor Im Si-wan sang in this album sang the singing method similarly. I thought it was a jannabi at first. Actor Im Si-wan sings a lot of Jannabi songs at karaoke.”
Choi Jeong-hoon said, “Thank you. When he thanked Im Si-wan, saying, “I want to serve him in ‘Park at Night’,” Go Ah-seong said, “Shall I put (Si-wan) in?” Choi Jung-hoon replied, “We are ready to stick with you, so please visit us anytime.”
Regarding Lee Chan-hyuk as a producer, Go Ah-seong said, “I felt like Lee Chan-hyuk was the director, just as I was listening to the directors’ directions while acting. He led so well. He asked for it to be ‘the feeling of being cut off while digging sweet potatoes in the field on a rainy day’. In fact, I still don’t understand. I just did it, and he said, ‘Oh, that’s it.’”
He also pointed out the difference between singing and acting that he felt while participating in the project album. Go Ah-seong said, “I think being able to express acting is half-creation. I think I’m doing the rest of the creation after receiving a scenario or script, but aren’t musicians really making something out of nothing? I think it’s really great and I’m envious. He signed the album and sent it to me. But it was an experience that my work was held in my hands.”
Go Ah-seong, who usually enjoys listening to songs from the 1970s to the 1990s, mentioned that he is a fan of Yang Soo-kyung and Jang Deok. Even so, Go Ah-seong confessed that he is still dreaming of becoming an idol. Go Ah-seong said, “Originally, my goal was to debut before 30. I really like girl groups. I like Oh My Girl” and “I can dance. When I appeared in ‘What’s wrong’, the actor avoided looking at the camera directly, but this time, I’ll try it while looking for the camera.”
Go Ah-seong, who stared at the camera from various angles while dancing, even imitated the ending pose in the music broadcast, and even revealed his charm with a twist by playing the guitar.
