VIENNA – Kommunalkredit AG CEO Karl-Bernd Fislage must resign immediately. The company said in a statement that the supervisory board expressed its lack of confidence in him at an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting on Wednesday. At the same Supervisory Board meeting, Sebastian Firlinger was appointed interim CEO.
