After the Korea-US summit and joint press conference, President Yoon Seok-yeol and President Biden had dinner together.
Several guests, including Korean businessmen, attended the event.
President Yoon is scheduled to address the U.S. Congress tonight.

President Yoon and his wife, wearing tuxedos and white two-pieces, come down and shake hands.
The dinner was presided over by Mrs. Jill Biden, and the stage was decorated with cherry blossoms symbolizing Washington DC and oriental patterns.
Among the 200 guests invited to the dinner were 35 Korean businessmen, including Samsung Electronics Chairman Lee Jae-yong and Hyundai Motor Company Chairman Chung Eui-sun.
Also present were Park Chan-ho, the first Korean major leaguer, Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie, and her eldest son Maddox, who is attending college in Korea.
President Yoon emphasized the ROK-US alliance in his toast speech.

The dinner menu, prepared by Korean chef Edward Lee, includes Korean dishes such as braised short ribs.
President Yoon said it was his favorite song and sang Don McLean’s ‘American Pie’, and President Biden presented McLean’s signed guitar.
At the Korea-US summit held prior to the dinner, President Biden mentioned several times improving Korea-Japan relations.
President Yoon’s sweeping measures have strengthened the trilateral partnership between Korea, the US and Japan, and he praised them, saying that they would bring enormous influence.

As a result, cooperation between Korea, the United States, and Japan is speeding up, and observations are emerging that the leaders of the three countries may hold a separate meeting at the summit of the seven major countries to be held in Japan next month.
President Yoon will visit the U.S. Congress tonight from Korean perspective and address a joint session of the Senate and House of Representatives in English.
