Korea Marketing, which has the strength of being a Korean-Japanese consulting company, has been listening to the needs of webtoon companies in both Korea and Japan over the past few years. While experiencing difficulties in securing Korean webtoon content in Japan and direct communication with Korean companies, Korea Marketing was looking to expand its field into webtoons. We signed a business agreement with an industry association.
With this business agreement, the two organizations will lay the foundation for the creation of interesting webtoons through greater collaboration and exchange in Korea, the birthplace and home country of webtoons, and will serve as a bridge connecting the webtoon industries of Korea and Japan to contribute to the development of the webtoon industry. We decided to cooperate to become a cornerstone.
The two organizations will △ cooperate to improve the awareness of the Korea Webtoon Industry Association in Japan and expand membership △ cooperate to support member companies belonging to the Korea Webtoon Industry Association to advance into Japan and generate profits in Japan △ related companies such as Japanese webtoon platforms and publishers Strengthen cooperation in revitalizing the webtoon business through networking.
