According to the new notification, those who have taken two doses of the vaccine will not be required to undergo the Kovid PCR test before departure and following arriving in Kuwait. They have also been exempted from quarantine since arriving in the country. Tariq al-Mastram, a government spokesman and head of the Government Communications Center, announced the new decisions at a news conference yesterday.

For those who have not been fully vaccinated, the results of the Kovid PCR test conducted within 72 hours of departure time to Kuwait are mandatory. After arriving in Kuwait, you must stay in Quarantine for seven days.

The PCR test should be repeated to terminate the quarantine. The new exemptions will be available only to those who have been vaccinated by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health.
