Oslo Norway lifts most Kovid restrictions Masks are no longer mandatory in public places. Restrictions, including social distance, do not apply. The restrictions have now been lifted amid growing Omicron in the country. Health experts recommend that those who are Kovid positive stay in isolation for four days. Last month, the government allowed bars and restaurants to serve alcohol and resume sports activities.
